Fiber and Cable Specialist, Inc., is a stand-alone outside plant construction company. Services include installation, termination and testing of fiber optic, copper and coaxial systems, field surveys and feasibility studies and a whole host of other services.
The Outside Plant Engineering business unit is led by John Wilson and is headquartered in Western Pennsylvania. This unit offers a wide range of fiber optic services in the tri-state area. Some of our capabilities are listed below:
